You've never done yoga like this before! Join us for Meowmaste - Yoga with Cats -- a truly rejuvenating and joyful experience. As you stretch and relax, you will be visited by friendly felines anxious to share your mat space and your heart space!
Our classes are led by a certified yoga instructor and suitable for all levels with some knowledge of yoga poses. Please bring your own mat.
Classes are $20. Reservations and prepayment are required.

Our Instructor
 Vicki Brignati is a 200-hour Certified Yoga Instructor through Lotus Gardens Yoga School and has an additional 200-hour certification in Hot Warrior Yoga. She is a Senior Hot Warrior Yoga Instructor and a trainer for the Hot Warrior Yoga Teacher Training Program. Vicki is also an AFAA-certified Personal Trainer and Group Exercise Instructor, and a Certified Reiki practitioner. You will leave her class feeling transformed and empowered, physically and mentally, and discover that place of peace and calm that lies within.
